Sedentary workers more likely to develop neck pain.

A study presented at the American Society’s 33rd Annual Meeting reported that sedentary workers doing little or no exercise outside working hours are far more likely to develop ongoing neck pain.

Pain was also linked to weaker neck muscles. This can be remedied with simple exercises done regularly, preferably before the pain starts. Always consult us before starting new exercises as they may not be suitable for you.

Another good reason to make sure that you take regular exercise.
